A Company has reached out to you(your team) to create a solution to aid their users order food online. Using the design thinking approach walk me through how you intend to create a solution.

My Approach

Firstly, I would carry out a user research using survey questions and also conducting an interview with the company’s users so as to find out what difficulties they face in getting food online and understanding the problem attached to it. This is the Empathize stage.

After carrying out this user research, my team and I would cumulate and analyze the responses from the user to generate and define the problem statement.

Then we all come up with the best ideas to solve the problem by brainstorming on all possible solutions.

We then go ahead with the production of the test product/service of the solution that we came up with so as to test them and know if they best solve the problem.

The test product would then be presented to some of the users for testing to know if the problem was solved, making sure that the users were satisfied and the main goal of them being able to order food online without difficulties is achieved.

The feedback from the users would determine whether to go ahead with that product/service or come up with other ways to make sure that the user’s problem is solved which might lead us to back to brainstorming on other ideas, creating test product and doing the actual user testing till the best solution is achieved.

The main goal and the top priority of me and my team is to make sure that the problem is solved and the company users are able to order food online without any difficulty which is the USER SATISFACTION.
